2nd team summer league Uni 2 vs Bounty 2

Thursday the 21st of April saw the start of the Berkshire summer leagues and the 2nd team were at home hosting Bounty 2.

First up was Avon and Jose. Avon came in playing with a bug of some kind, so not 100% but still a team player. He won the 1st game with some nice scrambling and then pushed his opponent the rest of the way, but was unable to hold on for a win. All the games were close and it really could have gone either way.

Jose “El Diablo” was in fine form, swifty dispatching his opponent in 3 games. Well played!

Next on was the two James’es. Unfortunately the same result too. My game was a good one, lasting a long while. The usual cliche applies “If I could have got it to a 5th”.

Ballsy said he wasn’t quite on top form, unusually as he normally delivers for the team.

Last on was Barracuda, who despite giving us all heart attacks in the last game, won it quite comfortably in the end 3-0.
